If you know me, then you know that I LOVE Levi's jeans.

While the 501 fit isn't super flattering for my figure (somewhat pear-shaped), I fell truly, madly, deeply (do) with the Wedgie fit. (Check out my fit tips here).

Then, when the brand introduced the Ribcage fit, I fell pretty hard for those, too. (Read my review here!)

So, with two favourites already in rotation, I was interested to try the new Dad Jeans that I'd started spotting here and there. A little early to the party on this one, I found them difficult to find in person — but ended up spotting them at a Levi's store in Montreal when I was there recently for work.

And, I'm happy to report that I love them.

The cut has a relaxed fit and a medium-high rise. They're similar to the Wedgie jeans for the rise but have more of the legroom of the Ribcage cut. In the 100-percent cotton light wash, I actually ended up sizing down from my usual 30 to a size 29. (And glad I did because they stretched out a bit!)

After several wears, I've found these to be comfortable, stylish and the perfect amount of 90s retro. Now I just need to see if they come out with more washes. ;P

Will you be trying out the new Dad Jeans
