It probably had you thinking I would be dressed in white and red with a mini maple leaf or something, right? Well, that's obviously not the case, and here's why.
I wore this look on Canada Day for two reasons: 1. I was going in to work and wanted to look professional and not like I had just come from a Canada Day parade. And 2. because most of what I'm wearing in this outfit is made in Canada.
Pretty cool, huh?
The Lyocell kimono and culottes are both crafted in Canada, while the entire look is from the Canadian brand Le Chateau. LC has long been designing and creating clothes in Montreal. In fact, did you know that more than 40 percent of their clothing is made in Canada? And the majority of their evening gowns are too.
Stylish clothing that's made right here in Canada? Now that's something I can get behind.
Happy Wednesday and thank you for stopping by.
