I don't know about you, but I feel like I've hit the ground running at full speed in 2016.
And I'd hate to admit it ... but I'm already feeling a bit tired.
One of the things I vowed to do this year was spend a little more time on me. Taking better care of my physical and mental health in order to make great strides in achieving my goals.
I won't call it a resolution, I'll call it a personal mindset revolution — and if I'm being completely honest, I haven't been doing so well at it lately.
So this weekend I'm going to try to spend a little bit more time on myself. Wish me luck.
