Byron Bay Travel Diary Three Blue Ducks at The Farm

Byron Bay has long been on my wish list of travel destinations. Especially because one of my favourite bands, Parkway Drive, is from there.

So, when I got the chance to visit the seaside town during my first trip to Australia ... well, of course I had to go.

Byron Bay is a surfer's paradise and offers everything for fans of the ocean — from surfing lessons and kayaking, to whale watching and more.

The central streets of the small surfing town is packed with amazing shops, which of course I spent some time in. The shops offer cool clothes — and even cooler home goods. (Thrills Co. was a fast favourite!)

And, the food is divine. My favourite, by far, was the farm-fresh foods at Three Blue Ducks at The Farm.

For accommodations, I'd highly recommend Elements of Byron. The luxury resort has unique individual huts right near the beach and first-class service. And, it was through the resort that I had the most unbelievable experience — horseback riding on the beach with Zephyr Horses!

All in all, my time in Byron Bay was unforgettable. I loved everything about it, seriously. And I can't wait to, one day, go back.
