Dyson Supersonic Hair Dryer: A quick review

Dyson Supersonic Hair Dryer: A quick review

What it is: A new hair dryer from the brand that changed the way we vacuum (lol!). The Dyson Supersonic hair dryer uses state-of-the-art technology (including a chip processor) to leave strands sleeker and smoother post-drying than ever before.

Beauty bonus: The dryer is lighter weight than most other options out there — and the magnetic attachments are a breeze to apply and use.

Beauty bummer: Well, the price. This machine doesn't come cheap.

Overall: I feel completely comfortable saying that I'm terrible at blowdrying my hair. Like, absolutely terrible.

But, somehow, this dryer makes the arduous process of tackling my thick, frizz-prone a bit less daunting.

I found the drying time was cut down significantly (and the lighter-weight machine meant my arms weren't numb by the end), plus, my hair was softer, shinier and sleeker than ever before.

The dryer comes with a smoothing nozzle, styling concentrator (a streamlined nozzle) and a diffuser for targeted styling to your specific hair type.

Overall, it's a blow dryer that lives up to all the pre-release hype because it works. Period.

Would recommend? If you can stomach the price, and you use your hair dryer on the regular, this state-of-the-art dryer is for you.
Price: $499.99
