Leather pencil skirt and Chanel

I'm totally into leather skirts right now. 
But it's difficult to find one that doesn't look like (a.) part of a Halloween costume for a sexy librarian or (b.) a cheerleader's skirt. 
I was excited when I found this slightly flared version that seems to strike the perfect balance between naughty and nice.
