In case you somehow missed it, today is International Women's Day.
It's a day to celebrate the women in our lives who support us, love us and inspire us (thank you, Mom, Kirsten, Jodi, Grammy, Raissa, Aunt Chris ... the list goes on!). And, it's also a day to give back.
So, that's why, when I was asked to be a part of The Sleep Shirt's IWD campaign, I was honoured and excited to be a part.
Throughout the month of March, the company will be donating 20% of the sales from their bestselling night shirts (like the one I'm wearing!) to the Howe Sound Women's Centre a Vancouver-based group that provides support to women and children living in at-risk environments.
It's a campaign I can get behind today — and any other day. I hope you do too.
