NARS 2016 Summer Colour Collection: A quick review

NARS 2016 Summer Colour Collection A quick review Vancouver beauty blogger

What it is: The latest colour collection from Nars cosmetics, this limited-edition release includes 10 products in three categories — Lip Cover, Dual-Intensity Eyeshadows and Dual-Intensity Blush — each packaged with a chic drawing by artist Konstantin Kakanias.
Beauty Bonus: The lip colours are amazing. Period. Our fave? Overheated, a deep dusty rose colour that may well be the new go-to nude for summer.

Beauty Bummer: If you're not a huge fan of the brand's Dual Intensity products, you're going to be a tad disappointed with this release.

Overall: This collection is full of fun shades for summer.

The lip colours, in our opinion, are the stars of this release — ranging in hues from soft rose to bright red.

We're not the biggest fans of the Dual-Intensity product line, so we could live without a few of the other products in this release. Except for the eyeshadow shade Topless, a (yes, you guessed it!) nude with a soft shimmer of pink.

Check out the full list of products in the release below.

Overheated, a deep rose
