The all-in-one outfits are super easy to throw on, are usually work appropriate and can be styled up or styled down for almost every sartorial setting.
What will you be wearing this summer?
Happy Friday and thank you for stopping by!

In the past, there have been few things that get me as anxiety ridden as the idea of lounging around in a bathing suit ... in front of strangers ... for a large portion of the day.
Growing up, I struggled with my weight (don't worry, I'm not going to make this a sob story!), had a few nasty run-ins with kids at the pool, and have since been a bit timid about swimwear.
But I don't know whether it's because I'm getting older (I turn 29 this Saturday!) and hence am becoming more comfortable with my body, or I've just realized what works for my shape when it comes to swimsuits and am finally skipping what doesn't — but during my last trip to Las Vegas, I actually felt pretty OK in my bathing suit!
We spent almost an entire day lounging luxuriously in a cabana (something I highly recommend splurging on if you ever get the chance!) at the pool, and I only felt myself tensing up with apprehension about my "swimsuit body" a few times.
Yes, my thighs touch, I could use some work in the six-pack department — and I happen to have a rather big butt, but I'm OK with that. Finally, I'm OK with that.
I guess this whole getting older thing isn't so bad after all. :P
See more pictures from our Las Vegas pool day after the jump.
Happy Wednesday and thank you for stopping by!

Growing up, travel was a luxury. We didn't take many family trips because money — and time — were too tight. So, when we did happen to venture on a vacation, it was always cause for celebration.
And called for dressing up.
The air of celebratory excitement has stuck with me, so I always attempt to look stylish when I'm heading off on a trip.
But while I enjoy dressing up for my holiday, I don't like to go overboard. So, cue a comfortable pair of shoes and pants, with a few eye-catching accessories thrown in for good measure.

Everyone's favourite sale — the Nordstrom Half-Yearly Sale — is back. And I don't know about you, but it seems to be better than ever this year.
I literally want it all. But alas, I'm trying to avoid shopping until after my birthday next week, so I won't be able to take part in the amazing deals.
But a girl can always dream, and dream I have.
Check out the pieces in my wishlist-worthy weekend outfit above (comprised of all deeply discounted items, of course!) for a little shopping inspiration.
I've been so into distressed denim, stripes and sneakers lately, so this outfit hits right on my current summer wish list!
And if I can't shop this epic sale, somebody's got to get out there and get their shop on for me!
Happy Saturday and thank you for stopping by!
As far as a ranking of my current closet covets goes, tunic tops are a close second to denim.
But I often find it difficult to find one that's long enough to fit properly (I have an oddly long torso!), or else doesn't resemble a maternity piece.
That's why when I spotted this rust-coloured version during a recent browse through the Hudson's Bay — and found that it fit me correctly and didn't resemble a third-trimester top — I had to have it.
Paired with an Aritzia dress that can sometimes be a bit unforgiving, it creates an effortless ... and office-appropriate look that I will surely be repeating well into the summer.
Happy Thursday and thank you for stopping by!

Nothing signals the pending arrival of summer quite like stripes, chambray and sweet new sandals.
I find outfits like this can easily be worn year after year. Plus, it's oh-so comfy, which makes me absolutely adore it.
Happy weekend and thank you for stopping by.
It feels like it has been way too long since my last outfit post, so I decided to skip my weekend shop and post a new look instead.
I've been super into monochrome looks lately, which is good in a way, because it has allowed me to isolate a few key go-well-together pieces in my wardrobe for those mornings when you Just. Don't. Know. What. To Wear.
It's bad too, though, because I've been finding myself reaching for these same pieces again and again.
That's why I love a great, pop-of-colour bag like this crossbody from Gap.
I has a super simple design, but the bright blue hue adds a dose of interest to my increasingly formulaic outfits. #handbagtotherescue :P
Happy Friday (yay!) and thank you for stopping by.
What is it: Part of the new Herbal Essences Wild Naturals line, this detoxifying shampoo, conditioner and lightweight almond dry oil spray softens and cleanses hair while removing any build-up.
Beauty bonus: This trio of products smells like lemon basil and cassia flower — so refreshing!
Beauty bummer: While it was moderately moisturizing, hair felt a little dry post-rinse.
I had an absolute blast hosting the grand opening event at the L'Occitane boutique on South Granville this past Friday!
A HUGE thank you to all of you who dropped by to chat about all things beauty — and congrats to Jess D. on winning my $250 L'Occitane gift basket giveaway!
