My family has never been one that hangs around Christmas Day in their sweatpants — at least not until after dinner.
In fact, we usually dress up as though we are headed somewhere fancy ... even though we usually never set foot outside our homes.
So, this sweater dress and maxi skirt combo, was the X-mas morning outfit that I brought to the table.
From the fun, floral appliques, to the comfy sweatshirt material — I'm loving this 424 Fifth find. But rather than style it with the usual tights and booties, I opted to go for a more Gatsby-esque feel with a pleated maxi skirt and luxe accessories.
Thank goodness it's made of somewhat stretchy material, though, because I definitely hit the desserts table with abandon. Hehe.
