Clarins Radiance-Plus Golden Glow Booster: A quick review

Clarins Radiance-Plus Golden Glow Booster: A quick review Covet and Acquire

What it is: A self-tanning liquid that produces a radiant, healthy glow that is customizable for every skin tone.

Beauty bonus: This easy-to-use facial self-tanner can be easily added to your everyday moisturizer to create a subtle glow sans the sun's harmful rays.

Beauty bummer: The orange-coloured oil is intimidating on its own — but never fear, it doesn't turn skin tangerine. (Thank goodness!)

However, we noticed the colour transferred very easily from face to fabrics, so be careful with those summer whites!

Overall: A self-tanner that can be added to our daily moisturizer? We loved the idea, but unfortunately, we found this product fell a bit flat.

While it delivers on all of its promises, and would be perfect for die-hard fans of a bottled faux glow, we found it a tad too oily for our tester's combination skin.

We just might stick to our favourite standby — a Clarins pressed powder bronzer.

Would recommend: No.

Price: $30

Where to buy: Hudson's Bay
